Trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Trademarks") displayed on this site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Hooked In 60. All other Trademarks, product names, and company names or logos displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners. The use of HISS's Trademarks in the HTML code of any website other than those which have received the express authorization of HISS constitutes trademark infringement and is expressly prohibited.

User submissions on HoolkedIn60Seconds.com are not owned by HookedIn60Seconds.com, but by the HISS members who created them. Users take on full legal responsibility for the audios they submit.

User Restrictions

This site may include an audio interface which allow real-time interaction between members. HISS neither monitors nor exerts editorial control over such communication and assumes no responsibility for its content or nature. Participants are allowed to use the chat feature as long as they do not: Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.

Although HookedIn60Seconds.com does not monitor for such behavior, it reserves the right to terminate access to any user who does not abide by these User Restrictions.

This site, its audio interface, and other elements are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to these Terms and Conditions. Rules for Uploading Audios

Any audio that is being submitted by an artist must be owned/created by the artist.  Exceptions to this rule would be mashup contests and other such contests that expressly state to include other audio sources that you may not have personally created.  Contests that include the use of material NOT CREATED by the artist submitting will not be available for sale on HISS.

Fraud/Sampling

If a member is selling audio work on HookedIn60Seconds.com, they must be original and not sampled. HISS has no way to tell if music is sampled and they cannot be held liable for any sampled or falsely presented audio. The producers who claim this is their original work are to be held liable for any issues dealing with beat fraud or sampling.

Payment

Payment can either be with any major credit card through PayPal, or by using an existing Paypal account.

Prize Contests

Users must be at least 18 years old in order to participate and receive prizes from HookedIn60Seconds.com

Sampling

HISS has a secure system to prevent sampling of your work, however, if any sort of sampling does occur, it is not the responsibility of HISS.

Fraud

Anyone found attempting to scam or fraud HISS, will be banned from HISS and the proper authorities will be notified. They will not be entitled to any money owed to them for violating our policies.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall HISS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this site, and other elements herein. HISS is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user or participant. The sole and exclusive remedy for a user or participant dissatisfied with this site or with any of its Terms or Conditions is to discontinue using the site.
